NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed October 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-57995 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and DEBORAH ZWETSCH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on 23 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 AND 16, BLOCK A, PINE ISLAND DREAM HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
