Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lots 27 and 28, Block 3833, Unit 52, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 40 to 63, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on November 19, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. the next business day after the sale.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
