NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed October 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-050378 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM CAPONERA; HENRIETTA CAPONERA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ESTERO ISLAND YACHT & RACQUET CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; ESTERO BAY IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLONIAL BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 19 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 311, SECTION 1, BUILDING 3, ESTERO ISLAND YACHT AND RAQUET CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1249, PAGES 19 THROUGH 112, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 81, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
