NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-057845 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORA- TION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002- 2 is the Plaintiff and EDITA KOLLAR AS TRUSTEE OF PROPER LAND TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 19, 2002; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE EDITA KOLLAR AS TRUSTEE OF PROPER LAND TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 19,2002; EDITA KOLLAR; TIBOR KOLLAR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; URBAN DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON ROBINSON, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 17 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
