NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment Foreclosure filed October 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-51563 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein JEFFERSON-PILOT INVESTMENTS, INC., a foreign corporation is the Plaintiff and KARATERE 2, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., a national banking association, as successor by merger to WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning 9:00 AM on November 16, 2012, the described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Tract B, Block 2023, Cape Coral Unit 31, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 149 through 165, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
