NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgement was awarded on October 26, 2012, in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-052254, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and JULIAN AGUILAR; VILMA C. AGUILAR and NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM on-line at ww.lee.realforeclose.com on November 26, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34 AND 35, BLOCK 1306, CAPE CORAL, UNIT18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 96-120, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
