ROBERTSON A/K/A LUCILLE ROBERTSON; COUNTRY LAKES OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ISPC- THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Charlie Green will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, UNIT 1, COUNTRY LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
