Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 17th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001611 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WYLDEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF KYMBERLEE ANNE BRUGGER A/K/A KYMBERLEE ANNE BLAIR, A/K/A KYMBERLEE ANNE POPE, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF KYMBERLEE ANNE BRUGGER A/K/A KYMBERLEE ANNE BLAIR, A/K/A KYMBERLEE ANNE POPE, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5869 Wyldewood Lakes Court, Fort Myers, Florida 33919, CHELSIE ANN (BRUGGER) TOURVILLE AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE KYMBERLEE ANNE BRUGGER A/K/A KYMBERLEE ANNE BLAIR, A/K/A KYMBERLEE ANNE POPE, DECEASED; SUNTRUST BANK and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of December, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 48C, WYLDEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1446, Pages 2229 to 2326, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
