NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated __, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-052340 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff and JAMES TALAGA and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#10005830000082282), are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 20, block 19, unit 4, section 9, township 45 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 27, page 183, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
