NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 26, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-052582, Division: L, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and HOA LIEN BRAGG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HOA LIEN BRAGG; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; VILLAGIO AT ESTERO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 26 day of November, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 11-204, OF VILLAGIO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4253, PAGE 4271, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4253, PAGE 4397, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 20221 ESTERO GARDENS CIRCLE #204, ESTERO, FL 33928.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
