NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 26, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-052472 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and MARK A. TRENKAMP; KERRY E. TRENKAMP; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; BILL MCFARLAND, TRUSTEE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER, are Defendants.
CHARLIE GREEN, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 26 day of November, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, IN BLOCK 78, OF UNIT 7, SAN CARLOS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 315, AT PAGES 122 THROUGH 158, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 8070 CALOOSA ROAD, FORT MYERS, FL 33912.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
