Moss, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 26, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 39 and 40, San Carlos Park, Unit 13, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 9, at Pages 192 through 201 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
