NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-003685 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, that I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 26 day of November, 2012 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 74-102, LIGHTHOUSE BAY FIVE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3688, Page 92, and any and all amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
