NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed October 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-059285 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein 'BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU 2007--OA5, is Plaintiff, and JOHN M. PRETE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7-201, OF SHADOW WOOD PRESERVE BAY WOODS II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4427, PAGE 4364, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
