NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed October 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-058174 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CLEMENT P. BUSCH, SR A/K/A CLEMENT P. BUSCH, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, PELICAN RIDGE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 11 AND 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
