NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-053404 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and DENNIS J. MORGAN JR., RACHAEL L. MORGAN, SUNTRUST BANK, DANFORTH LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, DANFORTH LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 60 THROUGH 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
