NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-052562 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and IRENE NG, SOMERVILLE AT SANDOVAL RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC., SOMERVILLE AT SANDOVAL SECTION III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JOSEPH J. BENCIVENGA are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1005, BUILDING 10, PHASE I, SOMERVILLE AT SANDOVAL SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2006000299953, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2006000434073, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT 2006000434098, AS RECORDED I THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
