NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed October 26, 2012 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-054297, DIVISION: L, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, LP is Plaintiff, and MELISSA DELACRUZ; GUADALUPE DELACRUZ; RENAISSANCE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 26 day of November, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 26, UNIT 4, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 281, PAGE 50, AND IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the Street address of: 2919 8TH ST SW, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33971.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
