NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 20, 2009, entered in Case No. 08-Ca-018923 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York for the Benefit of the Certificate Holders, CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-OA4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OA4, is the Plaintiff and donald E. Heinkel; Karen L. Heinkel; Inc., Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 25, UNIT 3, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 97, of the public records of lee county florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
