UNIT 436, THE GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14030, PAGES 1368 THROUGH 1486, TOGETHER WILL ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2729 VIA MURANO #436, CLEARWATER, FL 33764; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 28, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
