NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 11, 2012 and an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale Date for December 10, 2012 entered this 22nd day of October 2012 in Civil Case No. 2011-006026-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC 2006-OP1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OP1, Plaintiff and STUART M. JONES, STUART JONES, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale at 10:00 am on December 10, 2012 to the highest and best bidder for cash online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
