NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-008797 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-RP2, Plaintiff and Flossie Nancy Wilson And Harold Edward Wilson, Sr., Her Husband And Harold E. Wilson, Jr. are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 30, GLENWOOD, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
