CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 23, BUILDING NO.4, OF LONG BAYOU CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 52 THROUGH 64, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4522, PAGE 1451 THROUGH 1567 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the attorney for the Plaintiff, Morales Law Group, P.A., whose address is 14750 NW 77th Court, Suite 303, Miami Lakes, FL 33016, and the file original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, or on or before December 3, 2012. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Foreclosure Complaint.
