NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09012233CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and JACQUES LAROCHE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 226 of Harbor Club, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14638 at page 532 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all amendments thereto, if any, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereof in accordance with the said declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
