Rinehart, and James A. Rinehart are defendants, that on December 11, 2012, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Lot 2, Fair Oaks Subdivision, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page 34, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
