NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009609 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Roman Sarkisyan are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 9, TOWNHOMES AT MILLBROOKE RANCH, A REPLAT OF RANCH LAKE ESTATES, LOT 18, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGES 43 THROUGH 45, INCLUSIVE, AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 79 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
