NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-000474-CI-21, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, an Alabama banking corp., Successor by merger to AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 AM on the 11th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 62.0 feet of Lot 26, Block D, RIDGECREST ACRES SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 90, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
