NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered October 24, 2012, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit N-19, CONDOMINIUM UNITS OF TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 10, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CONDOMINIUM UNITS OF TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 10, and exhibits attached thereto, all recorded in O.R. Book 2538, Page 434, and the Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 69 through 70, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
