NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered October 24, 2012, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit L-11, of Town Apartments No. 8, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 55 through 57, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2450, Page 18 through 91, et. seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
