NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-018072 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger with ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., Plaintiff and Wilson Kim Warthe, Individually, and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Martha Fay Warthe a/k/a Martha F. Warthe a/k/a Martha Warthe, Deceased are defendant(s), I, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 8, THIRD SECTION OF LELLMAN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
