Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on November 28, 2012, that certain real property situated in the County of Manatee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2035, Mill Creek Subdivision, Phase II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 80 through 88, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
