LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 18, EDGEMERE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 93, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 29TH day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
