NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered this 28th day of September 2012 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-008116 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, as Trustee for Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2010-3 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and DALIA KOSS FKA DALIA URBAN AND FKA DALIA MARHOLD, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on January 30, 2013 at 11 am to the highest and best bidder for cash online at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
