NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 17, 2012, and entered in 41 2012 CA 004442 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2007-AA1, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and FRANK BASILE; TERESA BASILE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on NOVEMBER 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 186, UNIT 2 OF CORAL SHORES SUBDIVISION. ALSO: THE SOUTHERLY PART OF LOT 187 OF UNIT 2, CORAL SHORES SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 61, 62 AND 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT AN IRON PIPE AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 187 AND THE EASTERLY R/W LINE OF BIMINI DRIVE (50'R/W) ALSO BEING A POINT ON A CURVE WHOSE RADIUS POINT LIES NORTH 68°07'52” EAST A RADIAL DISTANCE OF 1100.00 FEET FROM SAID POINT; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 187 A DISTANCE OF 22.75 FEET; THENCE NORTH 69°18'58” EAST (RADIAL) A DISTANCE OF 115.0 FEET TO A CHISEL CUT ON A SEAWALL AT A CANAL; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID SEAWALL A DISTANCE OF 20.36 FEET TO A CHISEL CUT AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 187; THENCE SOUTH 68°07'52” WEST (RADIAL) ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 187 A DISTANCE OF 115.0 FEET TO THE P.O.B.
