NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007595, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN J. VROMAN; CARPENTRAS AT THE VILLAGES OF AVIGNON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., F/K/A OAK VIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 20th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, OAK VIEW PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 21 THROUGH 28, OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
