NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 8th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-00328, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARIA E. LOPEZ; MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCROPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC; THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ROBERTO PATINO A/K/A ROBERTO E. PATINO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTO PATINO A/K/A ROBERTO E. PATINO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA E. LOPEZ; JOHN DOE N/K/A KEN PIEGARI; JANE DOE N/K/A WILLIAM SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4074, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM SECTION 3, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1107, PAGE 1413 THRU 1490, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18 PAGES 9 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
