NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Reforeclosure dated 10/22/12 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-010758 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, DEBORAH J. ALBRITTON A/K/A DEBORAH JININE ALBRITTON, DECEASED; CHANDA JININE ALBRITTON, A MINOR, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DEBORAH J ALBRITTON A/K/A DEBORAH JININE ALBRITTON; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 28 day of Nov, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
