NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000966 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for GSR Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR1, is the Plaintiff and John Desylvester; The Inlets at Riverdale, Inc; Harbour Walk Homeowners' Assocaition, Inc; Citibank, N.A. Successor by Merger to Citibank, Federal Savings; John Doe, N/K/A Stephen Edwards ; and Jane Doe, N/K/A Jennifer Edwards , are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 21, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 441, RIVERDALE REVISED, SAID POINT ALSO BEING A POINT ON A CURVE TO THE LEFT, OF WHICH THE RADIUS POINT LIES N 15Ëš 25' 31” W, A RADIAL DISTANCE OF 1,225.00 FEET AND HAVING A CHORD BEARING OF N 73Ëš 54' 54” E, 28.21 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE ARC, ALSO BEING THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF TARPON DRIVE (MAINSAIL DRIVE), THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 01Ëš 19' 10”, A DISTANCE OF 28.21 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EASTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE AND SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE, THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 03Ëš 54' 42”, A DISTANCE OF 83.63 FEET, SAID CURVE BEING SUBTENDED BY A CHORD THAT BEARS N 71Ëš 17' 58” E, A DISTANCE OF 83.62 FEET, THENCE S 20Ëš 33' 37” E, A DISTANCE OF 145.87 FEET; THENCE S 62Ëš 37' 15” W, A DISTANCE OF 94.93 FEET; THENCE N 16Ëš44' 41” W, A DISTANCE OF 160.36 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
