NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002536, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ANDREA B. MORRIS A/K/A ANDREA BESSONETTE MORRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA B. MORRIS A/K/A ANDREA BESSONETTE MORRIS; PHILLIP L. MORRIS A/K/A PHILLIP LEE MORRIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILLIP L. MORRIS A/K/A PHILLIP LEE MORRIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, AND THE NORTH 18 FEET OF LOT 28, GREEN ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
