NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 001501, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and JOSEPH Z. PATRIK; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; WOODPARK AT DESOTO SQUARE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, PHASE III, BUILDING F, WOODPARK AT DESOTO SQUARE A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, II, III IV AND V, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1057, PAGE 3164, AND AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1622, PAGE 185, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGES 183 THROUGH 192, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
