Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2012-CA-002629, in the Circuit Court of MANATEE, Florida, that that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Unit 205, PHASE II, VALENCIA GARDEN CONDOMINIUM II, a condominium in accordance with the Declaration thereof recorded in O.R. Book 897, Page 1430, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 8, Page 70, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 30, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
