Unit 2404, Building 2, STERLING GREENS I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3571, Page 877, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
