notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-002299 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006- 16, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-16, Plaintiff and Juan A, Hernandez and Delsy M. Hernandez are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on November 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING 6, FAIRWAYS AT PAR ONE-FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1031, PAGES 1759 THROUGH 1811, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
