2006-CB1 is the Plaintiff, and SHARMAINE M. LAWRENCE, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 67, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 49 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 26 day of November, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
