Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-00781-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 204, Building 3, THE RESERVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3934, Page 0653, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
