YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, florida community bank, National Association, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
The South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 less the West 100 feet thereof; and the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 less the West 100 feet thereof; all in Section 26, Township 48 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida.

LESS AND EXCEPT those premises conveyed to Collier County by Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Book 3696, Page 1362, of the public records of Collier County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:

The Southernmost 40 feet of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of Section 26, Township 48 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida, less the West 100 feet thereof.

ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT those portions taken for road right-of-way by Collier County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, as set forth in Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 4533, Page 3116, of the public records of Collier County, Florida.
Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to J. Marshall Moorhead, Esquire or L. Geoffrey Young, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
