NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 25, 2012 in Civil Case No: 2010-4842-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA,. is the Plaintiff, and, SIGRID MORGENSTERN; MELALEUCA VILLAGE INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on November 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 18, MELALEUCA VILLAGE, GROUP A, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 350, PAGE 411 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMEDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
