NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007797, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2007-B, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2007-B, UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and NICHOLAS C. DINICOLA II; SORRENTO VILLAS OF NAPLES, INC; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE ATRIUM ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 7, GROUP B, SORRENTO VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 528, PAGES 1 THROUGH 39, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3050, PAGE 2641, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
