NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 10-6521-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 26 day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 904, MARCO BEACH OCEAN RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO-RATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF. MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MARCO BEACH OCEAN RESORT A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2923. AT PAGE 753. ET. SEQ.. PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. AND AS AMENDED
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
