NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on February 6, 2012, by the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in Civil Case Number 10-CA-4543 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale on November 26, 2012, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the First Floor Atrium Area at the Collier County Courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK A VALENCIA LAKES-PHASE 3-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
